Review of Sonata WebHosted from: January 2005 – CurrentWritten: 7/7/05 Website Hosted: www.cnwcentral.com Skip to... Conclusion Speed Uptime Support Price Go to... Sonata Web Conclusion For the past half year Sonata Web, has served me well with quality web hosting at a reasonable price. Their support, which I value above all other factors, is quick at responding and resolving help tickets. On top of that, they don't skimp on features. All accounts come with Fantastico and all the standard features included with Cpanel. So those reasons, and the ones I will detail later, have led me to decide to rate Sonata Web Hosting a 10/10 (A+). Quality (Speed, Uptime, Support, Price)Speed Sonata Web's servers are usually very quick. My pages, images, and what-not all load practically instantly. I mean it should be expected since I am using a cable connection, but it's always nice to know that they aren't over working the servers. Uptime The server uptime was nearly perfect. The server, I'm on at least, has never gone down unexpectedly. Although it should does go down on occasion for reboots. I haven't accually seen my site go down, but it has to happen during a reboot. Support Sonata's support is very good. Most of my tickets were resolved by Terry, the owner of the website. Their support team is very understanding and helpful at fixing problems. Price Their pricing is reasonable. $8 a month for 15 GB of bandwidth and good support is a very reasonable price, in my opinion; also, their reseller plans look like they are a pretty good deal. |
